The refurbishment of a common parts including refurbishment of reception area and external entrance alterations in this landmark Grade II listed building Palladium House.

Ideal House was designed in by architects Raymond Hood and Gordon Jeeves in the art deco style as the London headquarters of the National Radiator Company (European subsidiary of the American Radiator Company). Its design was a scaled down version of the American Radiator Building, New York.

AGA Projects provided architectural design, contract administration and Principal Designer services for entrance and alterations of common parts. TR Projects refurbished the reception area.
